I'm Trista, owner of GreenFire CrossFit , and I've spent over 12 incredible years in the world of fitness. I was once where you might be right now, looking at CrossFit from the outside, thinking it's reserved only for the elite athletes and the very fit. But I'm here to dispel that myth and invite you into a community that's as diverse as it's encouraging.

What's CrossFit All About?
CrossFit isn't just lifting heavy weights and beating your personal bests; it's about building a well-rounded, healthy lifestyle. I remember my first CrossFit class; I was hooked by the blend of strength training, cardio, and gymnastics style movements. It was challenging but invigorating, and nothing like the monotonous gym routines I'd tried before.
The beauty of CrossFit lies in its focus on functional movements, making it applicable to everyday life. Whether it's carrying groceries or playing with your kids or grandkids- CrossFit helps you become better at life's daily activities. The magic is in the methodology and the ethos is carried on by the trainers and community.
Why CrossFit is for Everyone
Scalability is Key
Each person starts at different intensity levels and different levels of fitness. The age ranges in our affiliate are from ages 6-70! Those are two very different ages, but each can perform the same workout at different degrees. That is the beauty of the CrossFit methodology.
Your Starting Point Doesn't Matter
Our community is very diverse. We have individuals who never played any sports in their life who later joined CrossFit. We have individuals who have been into fitness their entire lives. Each group has found a home inside our affiliate and community.

One of my favorite things about our gym is the community. We cheer for each other, we lift each other up and we grow together. I've made lifelong friends here, and I know you will too. Empowerment is contagious. When others believe in you; you start believing in you too.
Success Stories from Our Community
Randy Mogle joined us after having a heart attack in 2017. Shortly after cardio rehab, he started our On Ramp/ Beginners program. He graduated to regular classes and has been a member since. His doctor gave him encouragement that his fitness routine was indeed improving his heart condition and to continue doing what he’s doing.
How to Begin Your CrossFit Journey
Getting Started is Easy
I know starting something new can be daunting and anxiety inducing. That's why we offer beginner's courses to ease you into the program. Our beginners course will run every few months. Our first On Ramp program launched September 11th. It will run every Monday and Wednesday at 6:15PM. There is still time to join! If you’re interested, call, text, message or email to register! Our next On Ramp cycle will begin in January 2024- exact details to come!
Our Commitment to Safety
Our professional trainers are here to guide and support you. Trainers will scale and modify based on individual needs. We have an in house physical therapist that can help with any injuries you may have and we work closely with 2 local chiropractors that are also members at our gym. We love to collaborate with our community to bring you the best resources to be the healthiest version of you.
