Inclusivity is incredibly powerful. Upon entering our gym, you will be warmly welcomed by both a coach and our members because that's who we are. Embracing everyone with open arms is one of our core values, and we take pride in fostering a community that thrives on friendship and fitness. We do challenging things, but we do them together. Outside the gym, we often attend group events, frequent local coffee shops, and enjoy breakfast together on Saturdays. If you're new to the area and seeking a place to exercise and forge lifelong friendships, join us!
For those new to CrossFit, we offer one-on-one or small group consultations. The first consultation involves a goal discussion and a review of CrossFit's foundational movements. The second consultation is a one-hour session dedicated to learning the foundational movements of CrossFit, ensuring you grasp the basics before transitioning into a class setting. Additional consultations can be scheduled as needed, with the first three being absolutely free!
Personalized Nutrition

WHO IS THIS PROGRAM FOR:
Personalized nutrition coaching is for everyone, regardless of your fitness level or routine. Our programs are customized to suit each individual, recognizing that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to nutrition. Together, we will delve deep to find the best strategy that works for you.
HOW DOES IT WORK:
The journey begins with an initial consultation, which includes assessment forms and a review of your medical history. During this session, we will discuss your goals and, if you are comfortable, conduct weigh-ins and measurements.
If not, we will utilize alternative measurement tools that suit your needs. For those who have experienced eating disorders or disordered eating, we will identify the most appropriate tracking tools to accommodate your needs.
After reviewing the assessment forms and goals, we will prescribe recommendations tailored to your objectives. Weekly check-ins will be conducted via an app downloaded to your phone, text, FaceTime, or in person (if you are a Green Fire CrossFit member or local) - whichever you prefer.
During check-ins, we will assess progress, discuss your week, including how you are feeling, performing, sleeping, managing stress, etc., and plan the course of action for the upcoming week.
Your coach will be available on the app, text, or phone from Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM, to assist with meal prep questions, grocery shopping lists, and any other inquiries you may have.
This program is an excellent way to hold yourself accountable for your nutritional choices and to educate yourself on the optimal nutritional needs for your goals. A 3-month commitment to the program is required.
